Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Laina's adventurous spirit lead her to live in several areas of the country including New York City (Union Square, Stuy Town & Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn), Madison, NJ, Cincinnati, OH and Decatur, IL. A lover of travel and cultural arts, she enjoys finding the best local restaurants, galleries, music and fashion wherever she goes.

Her passion for architecture and home design, in particular, fueled her interest in pursuing real estate as a career. She combines that energy with a concierge-like attention to detail to deliver top notch service to her clients. Laina's experience launching a wellness retail store in the world renowned Cleveland Clinic hospital, as well as her training in yoga and meditation make her an ideal companion on the path to home buying and selling. She has the poise, local knowledge, and outstanding relationship skills to lead every transaction to success.

In addition to helping her clients, Laina owns and operates 2 successful mid-term furnished rental properties in the Elizabeth neighborhood just outside of Uptown Charlotte. The minimum stay is 30 days for these condo units so they are quite popular with traveling medical professionals, flight attendants and Charlotte curious remote workers. She's great at pinpointing investment opportunities for anyone who would like to start or add to their portfolio.
